First update focuses on cleaning up and refactoring the MVP

Changes in functionality:

• Added trait modifiers as per original document
• Hair Waviness trait is now discontinued (due to collisions with slut factor)
• Hair Waviness modifier added to the Hair Length trait
• Added Twink Hawk trait
• Twink Hawk trait can now be modified with list of twink types which the hawk is attracted to

Cleaning up:

• Added SEO meta tags
• Added placeholder SEO image
• Fixed links so that they point to the right resource
• Added target to the links so that they open in new tab
• Changed "Switch Views" to "Switch Layouts" for clarity

Initial Release with basics of decoding the Twink Codes
